Interesting US Cities to Travel to
Sometimes it’s hard to choose a city to visit, as there’s such a wide variety of destinations to choose from. I could spend weeks deliberating over which city to visit before finally narrowing it down.
I’m on a mission to see as many American cities as I possibly can, and I’ve already seen a bunch at this point. I’d like to let you know about a few places I’ve been to that I’ve found to be really interesting.
If you haven’t been to Nashville, Tennessee, you’re missing out. This is a great Southern city that’s rich with culture. I’ve been there three times this year and I never grow sick of it.
First of all, there are some great restaurants in Nashville. Aside from the Southern food you’d expect, there’s some exceptional ethnic food too. Downtown Nashville is built up without feeling like New York City, and I find it to be a perfect balance.
The next city I’m going to mention is one that might be a better destination when it’s warm out. Regardless, I’ve had a lot of fun in Providence and I believe that you would too. A visit to Newport is a must during a trip to Providence.
I’ve had some great meals in Providence, and many believe that some of the best restaurants in the country happen to be in this city. Whether you think so or not, you’re sure to find some that you enjoy, in addition to some really affordable hotels for the price. Newport is the quintessential New England beach resort, and I find it to be more enjoyable than Cape Cod.
My last suggestion is the great Southern city of New Orleans. With its historic French influence, the architecture is great and the Cajun food is even better. Try to make a trip here if you’re fortunate enough to have a means.
Hopefully this helps you if you’re in need of ideas. Have some safe travels, and enjoy.
